To configure outbound Internet email addressing so that mail is sent out from "John Doe" <jdoe@somwhere.com> instead of just jdoe@somewhere.com you would do this on a Configuration page.  A sample page is shown below.

What you need to change is the RFC822 Phrase Handling option on the MIME / Advanced / Advanced Outbound Message Options tab.

Change it to Use CN as phrase.

Restart the SMTP task
