This database is perfect when used for things like group notifications and the like. It lets you quickly create a template for a standard email, complete with preconfigured To:, CC:, and BCC: fields. Its very nice because it will show up as From: whatever address you configure, such as "Human Resources" or "The Concerned Staff at Your Neighborhood VD Clinic."

To use:

Install the database on your server.
Configure the ACL so that you have the [Guardian] role.
Simply configure and save the profile as shown.
Create a new memo. It will have your default information filled in. Just make your changes and send it.
Optionally, create a mail in database document for the return address. This will let you get bounced mail, responses, etc. They'll show up in the responses view.

Sure, its a lot like stationary. But you can quickly and easily make this into a reference library for all the old notifications.
